We offer a range of exercise classes, which are instructed by our Physiotherapists and Accredited Exercise Physiologists. This allows you to perform clinical exercise rehabilitation in a social atmosphere while having your technique monitored closely. You can feel safe and supported knowing your class instructor understands the complexities involved with your health conditions or injuries and they will provide individualised modifications for each participant where necessary.

pregancy yoga

Our stretch and relaxation class for women at all stages of pregnancy to reduce aches and pains and decrease stress and anxiety whilst connecting with other mums to be.

yoga for birth

Our stretch and relaxation class for late pregnancy to help prepare women for labour and birth.

mums & bubs yoga

Our stretch and relaxation class for mums of pre-crawling bubs. Designed to reduce tension and stress and create a sense of community.


Our pilates class focusing on abdominal, pelvic floor and postural strength. Suitable for women across the lifespan.

pelvic floor safe circuit

A circuit-style pelvic floor friendly functional strength and fitness class that aims to bridge the gap between rehab and normal gym-based classes. Designed for women at all stages of life.

The Core Connection Series (Postpartum Rehabilitation):

Our 8 week exercise and education series to help new mums understand and support their postpartum bodies, and optimize the recovery of their pelvic floor, core, and postural muscles.

balance & bones

Our strength and balance class targeting bone health. Suitable for women in both perimenopause and post-menopause life stages.

PINk moves (cancer rehabilitation)

Our class specifically designed for women undergoing, or following cancer treatment. This class is modified individually to you, specific for your stage of recovery and fatigue levels.

Our yoga classes are designed to support you through your pregnancy and postpartum journey. We understand the physical and emotional changes that come with pregnancy and motherhood, and our experienced instructors provide a safe and nurturing environment for you and your baby.


Our pregnancy yoga classes are tailored to support your changing body throughout each trimester, providing you with the tools to ease any discomfort, improve strength and flexibility, and connect with your growing baby.


Our Mums & Bubs Yoga Classes provide a space for new mothers to strengthen their bodies, find balance, and bond with their babies.

We also offer Yoga for Birth classes, where relaxation techniques for birth are included in the class. You will learn breathing exercises, visualisations, and meditation techniques to help you prepare for a calm and positive birth experience.


All of our classes are led by qualified instructors with experience in prenatal and postnatal yoga.
